Briefly it defines several pieces of airspace, through which traffic is restricted to virtually anyone except private and charter flights.



Flights that are allowed to penetrate this airspace must first obtain an authority number, and a transponder code to squawk. Further they must supply the RCMP with names and dates of birth of all souls on board.



Radio frequency to be used while penetrating this airspace is 127.7 Mcs. and there may be delays.



This is in force from 15.00 to 23.00 (UTC) Feb 19th 2009.

This basically describes the changes to the Class F airspace boundries, and that only STATE ACFT, MIL, POLICE OPS, REGULARLY SKED,COMMERCIAL PASSENGER AND CARGO CARRIERS, EMERG OR HUMANITARIAN can operate in it, unless auth is obtained by ATC, or by the phone numbers listed in the notam, and need to obtain an Auth # from them to enter the Class F airspace.
