Does the Southwest Airlines 737 have Heads Up Display like it says here
http://www.airliners.net/photo/Southwest-Airlines/Boeing-737-3.../0442254/L/&tbl=COCKPIT&photo_nr=58&sok=WHERE__%28airline_LIKE_%27Southwest_Airlines%25%27%29_&sort=_order_by_photo_id_DESC_&prev_id=0574570&next_id=0405012

if so what type of 737 and how many?

Yes, but only the newer variants of their 737s are equipped with HUDs. Boeing 737NG (737-700), 737-800 and 737-900 variants almost always come with a HUD. I'm not sure which 737s Southwest operate or how many they have (as a domestic airline, they would probably have more or less 100 jet aircraft), but hopefully other answers will tell you that.

Southwest has a wide range of 737's the older aircraft do not have the heads-up display. The newer ones do have the display.

There is two links below with some great history on the 737 and the heads-up display.

Southwest has a total of 527 aircraft all of which are Boeing 737. They have 189 -300s, 25 -500s, and 313 -700s. I believe all of the -700s have HUDs.

Southwest likes to keep its fleet of 737s as similar as possible in the cockpit, so that training requirements for switching from one model of 737 to another are minimized. As far as I know, they are not using HUDs for this reason.
