I could get sources on comparison of USAF to almost all the other major military powers.But,I am not sure whether how the following forces fair against USAF.

I'm not sure what exercise USAFisnumber1 is talking about. I never heard it. As for "best missiles", that's true except even with active radar-guided missiles like the AIM-120, it still needs input from the aircraft's own inertial and radar systems before it can reliably see and track a target, and you also have to account for improvements in the defending aircraft's jamming system. So current missile technology is still dependent on the sophistication of the aircraft's avionics package... a la F-22 Raptor. If someone designs a missile that doesn't need that, then we'd have a truly awesome missile.
However... the quality of training, availability of experienced instructors, availability of funds, command structure, combat readiness, number and quality of training devices, number and quality of support services, and overall combat strength of the USAF surpasses Russia, and FAR surpasses India. India doesn't even match up to the Israeli Air Force, the RAF, the French Air Force, or PLAAF (China.)

Nobody knows because they have never gone against each other.
The USAF has only attacked tiny third world nations since WWII, the IAF has only fought Pakistan and the occasional conflict with China, and the Russians haven't really fought air to air with anybody since 1992, and before that is was mostly shooting down airliners and spy planes.

The Indian Air Force whooped on the USAF pretty back about five years ago. However that was before the F22 came out. Unfortunately it is now looking like the side with the best missiles win, rather than the best planes.

Rather than just opinions, base your conclusion on the evidence....what contribution did the US Air Force make during World War Two?
