Air travel is the safest way of traveling. Very few incidence /accidents are actually fatal. All Aircraft has to be maintained by trained people. Dont stress I do this for a life and would not give my life away.

Thousands, actually! There's airplane crashes every day in the U.S. and all over the world. The vast majority of them are General Aviation airplanes, though...you know, private planes and little corporate planes.



There's very few "FAR Part 121" (major U.S. airline) fatal crashes though...the only ones in the U.S. that come to mind are the Southwest crash at Chicago KMDW and the Chalk's Air Service crash in Miami.
