How do I get the co-pilot to call out my altitude in fsx?

That's the avionics calling out the altitudes, not the co-pilot. A Ground Proximity Warning System will call out altitudes during a landing. I don't think any of the default aircraft in FSX have this, but some might.



If you want to hear all the callouts you'd hear in real life, you need an add-on aircraft, like something from PMDG, Level-D, or one of the other makers of ultrarealistic aircraft for Flight Simulator. Their add-on aircraft behave essentially the same as the real thing.

Like the other guy said, this is the GPWS. You can find it in freeware programs such as FScopilot.
