Im wondering why there are no more aircraft because i saw the fastest one ever was the SR-71 blackbird with 3.592 kmph it was 22 December 1964

Because even though it was the fastest it was vulnerable to missiles and interception.
If you look through its service history, never did the SR-71 overfly the Soviet Union. It was used only to fly over small countries or countries with lots of sea access or both. The Swedes intercepted and got a missile lock on the SR-71 with much slower and lower flying SAAB Viggen fighters... so it almost goes without saying that the Soviet PVO could have easily brought one down with Mig-25s and Mig-31s which were just as fast if engine limits were exceeded and the tons of SAMs positioned throughout the country.
This is of course why the USAF switched to standoff cruise missiles and low level penetration tactics way back in the 1960s, and started to develop dedicated stealth aircraft in the 1970s.
With drones like the Ryan Firebee and much never ones like the Predator, plus spy satellites, there was little to no need to overfly hostile nations anymore and where it is needed.. the much cheaper U-2 can do it over little 3rd world nations with no air forces.

Actually through it's service history the SR-71 DID overfly the soviet Union as we as other unfriendly places and none were ever lost to anti-aircraft missiles or air launched missiles from interceptor aircraft.
I believe the exact figure is that missiles were fired at the SR-71 some 1800 times all without effect.
THE reason they were retired is because Satellite cameras had improved enough to make risking aircraft and crews pointless and the small aging SR-71 fleet were becoming too expensive to maintain.

There are new aircraft coming out all the time, get a magazine on aircraft, go to the library and read current books about aircraft, research Boeing, and all the major aircraft manufactures and you will see what I mean.

The "need" for the SR71 basically went away. Missile technology now exists that can shoot down high speed aircraft, and even low flying satellites. Going a bit higher and faster doesn't change that.
So rather than developing a pointless high speed aircraft, they went to stealth / drones / satellites that are actually useful.

The Blackbird was the last of an era, like the Bearcat, it was flawless in what it did but it's field of operation eventually folded. New aircraft are definitely being produced, but stealth now takes priority over speed. You cannot hide if you break the sound barrier and create a sonic boom. Satellites can now observe things that would be nearly impossible for a plane to do.

There are new aircraft. If you mean a new +mach 3 plane. It's not needed. we have Satellite technology, and camera technology that far out weighs a need for one.

There may be but they're top secret so you don't know about them
Otherwise there are lots of spy satellites in space.

You are thinking spy planes, maybe. We have satellites in orbit, so the earth is under surveillance constantly.
