i think food is too strong a word. but a lot of airlines have stopped serving "food" unless u pay extra. and a lot of times they serve snackmix instead of peanuts, which sucks cause i rather like honeyroasted peanuts. i think the only good food they serve on airplanes are the packets of sugar that come with the tea.
best airplane food i've ever had was when i was coming back from lodon and BA's food company was on strike so they gave us vouchers for £10 worth of food at the airport.

i think it depends alot on the airline and the class u taking. for example, economy class in eva air is quite good. but business class in china eastern airline is way worse than eva air economy...

I think it has been frozen for a decade, then microwaved to a wonderful spongey rubber like texture. It also tastes like the refridgerator from which it came.....ate it with "impaired judgement". Got sick from the food at LGA....will never forget it.

Sometimes its edible/tasty, but other times, its nasty. Usually on my departure longhaul flights it is good, but on the way back home, it taste like s**t, probably because I've been eating good food on vacation.

Well, I am from India. These guys have substantially increased the quality due to the stiff competition. I am liking it :)
