Airport runway widths in the united states are generally 50, 100, 150, or 200 ft. wide. International airports fall in the same range, but are often measured in meters. A 45m. wide runway is just shy of 150 ft., for example.
Large aiports that support revenue air service usually have runways that are 150 ft. or 200ft. wide.
Smaller general aviation airports have runways that are 50, 100, or 150 ft. wide, depending on the types of planes that land there.

It is different for a different aerodrome category as specified by ICAO. It ranges from 4.5 to 30 meters. Additional 15meters is provided on major airports to keep the outermost machine of a large aircraft on the paved runway surface thus protecting its engines from ingesting loose shoulder material.

Standard width is about 150 feet. Airports may have to increase this in order to fit some of the larger planes these days (like the Airbus A380)

About 100 ft. however it depends on the size of the airport, and of course on the size of the planes that are going to be taking off and landing from said airport.
